Consisting of over 6 million square feet, a fiber optic DAS was installed to meet a new public safety ordinance. The three properties, which are in close proximity to one another, have a fiber-backbone between the facilities that provides support for multiple wireless carriers. Commissioned in 2006, the DAS covered a 42-story tower with residential, retail and hotel space. Phase Two is currently under construction an will be complete in 2007.
