Universal Wireless Network Meets Immediate Demand
for Convenience and Communications
Vienna, Va. – April 17, 2006 – MobileAccess Networks, an enterprise wireless innovator, announced today that Kemper Development Company (KDC), a privately held commercial real estate development and property management company, has deployed the MobileAccess Universal Wireless Network at Lincoln Square in Bellevue, Washington. The MobileAccess solution enables KDC and its customers at Lincoln Square to immediately enjoy the convenience of wireless communications while providing the flexibility to incorporate additional wireless services and applications as needed in the future.
The next phase of deployment will bring wireless communications to KDC’s additional locations: Bellevue Square and Bellevue Place. All three properties make up The Bellevue Collection, a distinctive collection of 250 shops, 18 sit-down restaurants, a 16-screen cinema, 700 luxury hotel rooms and 10,000 free retail parking spaces, all in one location.

To handle the design and installation of the solution, MobileAccess turned to the Tri-Power Group, one of its largest and most experienced integration partners in the western United States. With their understanding of KDC’s current and long-term communications needs, Tri-Power configured the MobileAccess technology to ensure strong signal coverage for a broad range of potential wireless services, including Wi-Fi, cellular and 2-way radio. With the MobileAccess Universal Wireless Network in place, KDC is poised to deliver wireless connectivity anywhere within the two million square foot development.
